TERMS & CONDITIONS

Accuracy of Details
Bookings are made under the proviso that the customer provides accurate and honest details. Students may be removed from our courses with no refund of fees if official documentation of a child’s age and identity cannot be provided if requested.

Deposit
A deposit of £250 per child is required to secure a place on the camp. This payment must be made via our secure page or via a BACS transfer within 10 days of submitting the registration form. If a child is not able to attend the camp due to visa refusal, illness or injury, relevant certification must be provided.

Balance
The balance of the camp fees is payable 6 weeks prior to the start date. If we receive a booking less than 6 weeks before the camp starts then the entire course fee is due within 10 days after receiving the registration form. We reserve the right to cancel any place where the fees remain unpaid 14 days after they become due as per invoice.

Changes & Cancellations
We try to accommodate any changes in your booking however it may not always be possible due to certain weeks being full. We reserve the right to make changes to the sporting programme and excursions which may be necessary due to unforeseen weather. No refund will be given for a child who fails to attend the course or for a cancellation 30 days or less before the camp starts. We strongly recommend that you arrange your own insurance to cover this.

Expulsion
Children are expected to behave in an orderly and responsible manner and we reserve the right to exclude (without refund) any child who behaves inappropriately and in a manner detrimental to others. This includes, but is not limited to, threatening behaviour to other camp members/members of staff/the public, leaving the camp unattended, suspected involvement with illegal drugs, smoking, entering the accommodation of the opposite sex, vandalism and bullying. If a child is found to have behaved in any of these ways we reserve the right to repatriate the child immediately at the parents’/guardian’s expense.
